The Moral Values of SINIGANG by Marie Aubrey Villaceran

I’ve learned a lot about this story SINIGANG by Marie Aubrey Villaceran and I can relate to the story because our family situation is almost like their, but on us My Mother have an affair with others but the one she have affair with died and she have two child from the other man, it’s one boy and one girl that’s why we have a have brother and sister from Masbate City. And I realized that everything happen for a reason and maybe God has the reason why our situation became like that maybe to make us independent person like all house hold chores that mother’s usually do is assigned to us. The Moral lesson in this story I’ve learned is about being honest, Selflessness and Forgiveness, Being honest in which a family with an honest bond is as strong as stronghold with this value  you can see through the person you love transparently, and it will help lessen misunderstandings between the people around you. Be truthful and sincere. Selflessness seen on Liza’s mother even if her husband betrayed her of having a mistress she still loved him unconditionally and in reality of life, parents always put their children above everything, even from their own selves and lastly Foregiveness this moral seen on the story when Liza’s father asked for forgiveness, forgiveness is a hard thing to do because what people did to us will always be in our hearts but when we forgive, we also do it for ourselves, we are freeing ourselves from the moment that hurted and bruised us emotionally and me in my situation I’ve already forgive my mother for what she have done it’s hard but it remove my resentment to my Mother and I’ve learned to move on.

Healthy Weeknight Meals

Cooking can sometimes feel like a chore at the end of a busy day. It’s often tempting to throw a ready meal in the oven or call for take out. But preparing a simple and healthy family meal doesn’t have to be hard or time-consuming. Here are some quick wholesome dishes that you and your family will love. They can even be prepared in advance.

Breakfast at my House

During the week we’re often walking out the door with a coffee in one hand and slice of toast in the other, but on weekends breakfast is never rushed. It’s a late affair, sometimes spilling over to lunch, with lots of reading and chatter in between courses of fruits, poached eggs, honey and toast. One of our favorite things we like to serve when friends are visiting are buckwheat blueberry pancakes.
